These peppercorns have been lovingly smoked by our good friend Craig Leathley of the Smokin Comrades in Taranaki. Craig uses hand-selected sustainable sourced pohutakawa and his 500 gallon smoker to give you an authentic NZ product and a unique flavour aroma from what is known as the National Christmas Tree
These are whole peppercorns, can be used in a grinder or add them whole to stocks and sauces
